In 1982, we started FH REALTY in a 600 square foot office, with only three people. Within a short period of time, we grew to become one of the top producers in Queens.
Presently, we are located in our new company headquarters at 101-15 Metropolitan Avenue, in Forest Hills, New York. We now enjoy the luxury of 6000 square feet on three floors, plus private parking and to better serve our community, as of April 22nd 2009 we expanded and opened a branch office at 19 Station Square, Forest Hills Gardens, New York. Our family of professionals has an average of 8 -10 years of real estate experience, and offers over 22 languages, representing virtually every segment of Queens' diverse population. The company philosophy of specialization has resulted in better quality service. Because of this, we consistently have better results in handling co-op, condo, home, business, and commercial sales. Our elite team of specialists has proven to be more successful than agents who sell everything. Our agents are full time, goal-oriented professionals, and our systems are designed to maximize support to our agents and our clients. Our Customer Service answers questions and attends to all incoming calls pertaining to inventory of Sale and/or Purchase. We also have a Closing Coordinator who follows up on all details, such as engineer/termite inspections, mortgage approvals, etc., and functions as liaison with attorneys. There are full time receptionists, managers, and brokers available. This frees the agents from excessive paper work and other time consuming details, thus allowing them to function more productively, and more professionally. For your convenience, our office is open 9-8 on weekdays, and 9-6 on weekends. (EST) These are only a FEW of the reasons why Weichert, Realtors® - FH Realty - agents produce better and faster!
